1. Using the website

These terms apply to using ilovenursery.com and ordering from I Love Nursery. Please read the product information, final checkout amount, Shipping Policy, Returns & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy before placing an order. Contact info@ilovenursery.com if anything is unclear.

2. Product information and living plants

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, prices and availability. Plants are living products, so size, colour, foliage, flowering and appearance can vary naturally with the season and growing conditions. Photographs illustrate the product; relevant product descriptions and selected options form part of the order information. Natural variation does not remove your right to raise a complaint about an incorrect, defective or misdescribed product.

3. Accounts and accurate details

Provide a complete and accurate name, contact details, delivery address and PIN code. Keep account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Account and order information is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy.

4. Prices, delivery and payment

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. The checkout shows product totals, discounts, delivery and any applicable COD handling charge before payment. The current delivery charges are ₹90 below a products total of ₹500, ₹75 from ₹500 to ₹999.99, and free from ₹1,000, based on the products total after discounts. Use only payment options actually offered at checkout. Where partial COD is available, the amount to pay online and the remaining collection amount are displayed separately. Do not share a card CVV, UPI PIN or account password with our support team.

5. Order confirmation and availability

An order is processed according to its displayed payment and order status. A payment attempt alone is not proof of a successful captured payment. We may contact you to resolve a stock, address, serviceability or payment issue. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will inform you and arrange an appropriate refund or another resolution agreed with you; we will not silently substitute a different product.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship within India to serviceable destinations. Orders are normally dispatched within 7 working days of confirmation and successful payment, unless a different date is communicated. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and delivery service. An order may be packed into more than one parcel. Read our Shipping & Delivery Policy for address requirements, tracking and delivery issues. These terms do not exclude remedies available for non-delivery or other issues under applicable law.

7. Cancellations, damaged items and returns

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of ordering if processing, packing or dispatch has not already started. Please report damaged, defective, incorrect or significantly misdescribed items promptly, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, with your order number and available photographs. Contact us before returning any item; we will provide the approved return instructions and address. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method, with bank and provider processing times varying. The detailed Returns & Cancellation Policy applies, without removing rights available under applicable consumer law.

8. Fair use and website content

Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or submit false order information. Product descriptions, images and branding may be protected by the rights of I Love Nursery or the relevant rights holder. External websites have their own terms and policies.

9. Updates and contact

We may update these terms when services change. The terms and order information communicated for an accepted order remain relevant to that order, subject to applicable law. Nothing on this page excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
