Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 November 2026
1. Who this policy covers
This policy explains how I Love Nursery handles information when you browse ilovenursery.com, create an account, place an order, contact us or subscribe to updates. Contact us at info@ilovenursery.com with privacy questions.
2. Information you provide
We collect information needed to operate your account and fulfil your requests, such as your name, email address, telephone number, delivery addresses, order items, enquiries, delivery instructions and payment references. If you submit a review or subscribe to updates, we also receive the information you choose to provide for that purpose.
3. Accounts and previous orders
Customer and order records from our previous website may be retained in the new website to support existing customers, order history and record keeping. Access to historical orders is protected; entering a phone number alone does not expose another customer's address or order history. Passwords are stored using password hashing, rather than as readable account passwords.
4. Why we use information
We use your information to manage accounts, process and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries, send relevant order and payment updates, handle approved cancellations or refunds, prevent misuse and maintain business records. Where you choose to receive promotional updates, you can ask us to stop them by emailing info@ilovenursery.com. Service messages about an existing order may still be necessary.
5. Payments and delivery providers
Payment services, including Razorpay where offered at checkout, handle payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. I Love Nursery receives transaction references and payment status; our website does not store your full payment-card details, card CVV or UPI PIN. We share the contact, address, order and parcel details necessary with relevant couriers, postal services and shipping platforms, including Envia where used, to quote, book, deliver or track shipments.
6. Website operation, cookies and storage
The website uses cookies or similar browser storage for sign-in sessions and shopping functions such as your cart and favourites. Our website and service providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure the service. When enabled, built-in traffic reporting records aggregate page views. You can control cookies and site storage through your browser, although blocking them may prevent sign-in or shopping features from working correctly.
7. Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, business email, payments and shipping, to the extent needed to provide those services. We do not sell customer personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or where necessary to investigate misuse, protect accounts or resolve an order or payment dispute.
8. Security and retention
We use access controls and other safeguards to protect customer information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for orders, customer support, business records and applicable legal obligations. A request to delete an account may not require the deletion of records we must lawfully retain.
9. Your requests and choices
You can contact info@ilovenursery.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting, to avoid disclosing or changing another person's information. Tell us if your contact or delivery details are incorrect.
10. Other websites
Links to external websites, including Megha Fish Farming, take you to services with their own privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing information with them.
11. Updates and contact
We may update this page when our services or practices change. The date above identifies the latest update.
